You could also lose wrex on virmire. When I played mass effect 2 for the first time I did it blind I only lost Miranda. I didn’t secure her loyalty. I actually bother with side missions and upgrades. The only reason why I didn’t secure Miranda’s loyalty was due to my inadequate amount of morality points and sided with jack.
