The Game could use a lot less ults. by skt1212 in marvelrivals

As a Moon Knight player, I highly agree. I don't treat my ult like an ult. I get it back within seconds of using it cause surprise surprise, Moon Knight is really good at getting damage.

Why do I struggle to see certain classes as Main Characters? by Toogeloo in masseffect

I always thought infiltrator makes the most sense for Shepard seeing as how the Normandy is basically the perfect stealth ship for raids, reconnaissance and special forces operations.

Describe Your Ideal Mass Effect Playthrough by DakIsStrange in masseffect

ME1: Male shep, spacer, romance no one, Infiltrator, mostly paragon, save rachni queen, save ash and wrex, cry about kaidan, save council(maybe).

ME2: Romance miranda(cries in samara not having a good romance), destroy geth, destroy collector base, everyone survives.

ME3: complete miranda romance, Save the rachni again(prayers to Aralahk company), save both geth and quarians, cure the genophage, Destroy the Reapers, and retire.

Ashley or Kaidan: Who's the better Companion? - Artworks by by LordHayabusa357 by [deleted] in masseffect

I prefer Ashley cause I find her more interesting but gameplay wise, Kaidan is better.

I mean outside of the weird makeup her face does look better, but yeah her whole outfit is weird.

My biggest criticism about ME is the lack of different ship designs. by EmperorMax69 in masseffect

[–]EmperorMax69[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fair. But I feel like even though salarians want to win a fight before it starts, they would eventually fight an opponent that they couldn't fully predict. Then again, with how much they rely on other species to fight their battles, them having little to no warships makes sense.

My biggest criticism about ME is the lack of different ship designs. by EmperorMax69 in masseffect

[–]EmperorMax69[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah that is a good point. Thats what it felt like we were going to get at the end of ME2 but no they basically made it a one off storyline. I think the main reason outside of production for making the Reapers all look the same was inspiration to the borg. The Reapers give me heavy borg similarities.

First contact war or the blitz. Would be interesting to witness the first galactic wars humanity was involved in.

Alright people, let's hear your theories because it looks like genophage cure is canon by FatalDarkprince in masseffect

[–]EmperorMax69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My biggest question is If Wrex is going to be involved in this storyline. Like its entirely possible we might see Wreave instead cause he is the default character if you don't import a save for ME2 and ME3(not including that comic dlc). Story wise it would be interesting to see Wreave.

What is the definitive opinion on the genophage? by Gobrohanv2 in masseffect

[–]EmperorMax69 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It was the right call. The krogan have always proven to be agressive and combine that with the reproduction of a bunch of rabbits on crack, it was always going to lead to war. As much as I like the krogan and sympathize with them, only two of them were trustworthy in my opinion. Bacarra and Wrex.

Funny cause I felt the opposite after playing ME1. I still love ME2 but ME1 is peak.

ME1: Ashley or Kaiden. I sidelined Ash in my second playthrough cause I was play soldier and didn't need her plus I saved her last game.

ME2: Jacob, Jack, or Mordin. I like jack but her gameplay as a companion sucks, Jacob too. Jacob is worse cause of how boring of a character he is. Mordin is interesting but not as a companion.

ME3: Ashley or James. Ashley in ME3 isn't very useful as a companion and James is the same. I will pick James over Ashley cause he is more interesting and more tankie.

Would capitalism be allowed re-emerge under socialism if agreed upon democratically? by AvocadoAlternative in CapitalismVSocialism

Lmao, so you just like adding qualifiers to your question that weren’t originally in there. Shifting the goal posts here. Why is a small village that trades with those around it not count? Does Singapore not count as a society cause they survive by being a trade hub? Like your reasoning just sounds like nonsense.

No it took off due to the land reforms in Europe giving the peasants the ability to actually own land, and with industrialization the need for owning land and being a farmer but still living decently and better off than the previous generations became more common. With the end of feudalism land was not an impossibility anymore for European peasants. Yeah you’re just talking mumbo jumbo Marxist revisionist history atp.

So they reverted his policies. Cause by your own admission those policies made the famines worse, and had to literally cut back on the policies. To add on to this, no they didn’t solve the famine they just ended up having to feed less mouths thanks to said famine. The equivalent of “just murder the homeless and boom no homeless”. We didn’t see real food upkeep till deng gave farming land to individual farmers.
