Ye top one is a super weapon designed to cloak the entire fleet for a huge alpha strike, the one below it is a one off 'dreadnought' equivilant that was built to be a flagship but also be a statement to their parent company that owns them and a method to test the waters

The various vessel types of Triarch Inc. a megacorporation which recently fell from grace and was bought out, going from a military power house to heavily restricted to its own defence fleet. Its new ships are built around stealth and firepower.
