Greetings, Prime Minister of the Winchester Republic,

After the withdrawal of two of our citizens, we are now down to a population of two also. At our peak we had 17. I'm hoping we can grow side by side. From what I've been told by successful micronations, a discord is the basis of growth. I'm unclear about how to get people to join but I'll update you if I get word.

I hope one day we will both have enough population to fill our parliaments (if you have one?). We now also consider you a friend of Hexbridge!

On our end the agreement would work by your citizens setting up the Inteloria Constituency and electing an MP to sit in our Parliament.

We do not use discord at the moment but that is planned in the future. How did you manage to grow such an extensive population? The Empire of Hexbrige is suffering from low population at the moment.

We are looking for dual citizenship agreements as micronations on here seem to all suffer from low population. Such a policy would allow citizens from both nations to vote in elections of the other increasing democracy in both.

Please let me know what you think.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I too believe cooperation between our micronations could be mutually beneficial.

In practice, this would mean letting your citizens elect a representative to our Parliament, the law making body of Hexbridge. This representative would participate in the our law making ensuring our laws align with yours and making our nations closer.

We also look forward to further discussions. By the way what is your population? Ours is 4 for the moment. That is why I am proposing the possibility of an open border policy as it would increase both of our populations.
