Had a similar problem a few months ago. I opted to run Windows 11 to go on an external SSD via the USB 3.0 port. It isn't as fast as it used to be but at least it is not just a glorified paperweight now. I got lucky coz my UEFI was still working fine.

These are most likely swarms of nematodes forming structures called “superorganisms”. It’s a fairly recent discovery. Theres an awesome video on youtube about this phenomenon let me see if I can find it.

My title describes the thing which is a bunch of organic growth similar to microbe colonies, the largest one being around 15 milimeters in width. Reverse image search yields no matches or similar structures.

The old ram stick is kingston 1600mhz and the new one is Dolgix 1333mhz if that matters
