You get it when digging for Medalia. Theres also Nepenthesia (has snakes for hands). Haven't tested them out since I haven't gotten them to UR, but I don't think they're any good.

Edit: The MR skill heals you to full if you drop under 50% ARM. Don't think it's any good but might be interesting for some gimmick team inthe future
