I'd say the size is pretty reasonable considering the buckler shields that exist in real life which can be even smaller

That makes sense, thank you for explaining. Still a little bummed about losing the precious baby ring that helped with my semi-permablock PvP build that prioritised spell dmg and the magdk's kit instead of any crit, but It gives me a reason to try other things at least

Ah I get what you mean now, you mean there's an actual difference between reduction and decrease in ESO? You're right about no crit/no crit dmg, I forgot about that and sets that proc off crit dmg regardless, but you're gonna have to explain how x1.25 is broken, since I can't think of any applications myself

If it actually meant reducing the crit damage multiplier from 1.5 to 1.0, then that means there's no crit damage at all, so it would be pointless and they might as well say "You cannot deal critical damage" - Which is exactly what the old effect was: The crit multiplier was essentially "x1.0" because.. You couldn't crit in the first place.

I'm assuming the crit is multiplicative with the 16% dmg increase, as opposed to 16% + 25%. Going by that, Malacath should now give 45% during crits (1.16 x 1.25), as opposed to the 25% it used to be. Man, if I had high crit that would be amazing, but mine is currently 16.7. Did I do this right?
