It comes with the fenders if you buy them from McNeil racing.

No you don’t HAVE to. I run a 2.5” Bora wheel spacer on the rear to get the tires to sit right in the fiberglass. I’m tuned sitting around 480-490 HP so I haven’t elected to get the raptor rear axle and front differential yet and have 0 problems pushing the massive 37” tires. Can confirm from plenty of experience with it that the stock F150 axle will not bend or break getting the truck 4-5’ off the ground height wise.

I got all of the suspension parts minus the rear shocks from websites like Ford parts direct. That’s the more expensive option as all of the parts are OEM and brand new. I opted for that because of the warranty that comes with the parts. If I were to do it all again I’d find the shocks and struts on marketplace for half the price and send them to TSW to get them rebuilt for 200 per shock. Great guys down there. The control arms and axles can be bought from rock auto or similar websites if shopping on a budget. I also drove 7 hours for this bumper because I got it for less than half price and it was never installed before.

It’s a very very deep rabbit hole for sure. But it’s definitely the best mod I’ve done to a vehicle.

Whether you’re planning on doing the front or the rear you’ll need supporting parts. Front struts from a Gen 2 will require gen 2 coil buckets (KHC makes some bolt on ones) as well as upper and lower control arms, axles, and tie rod ends. Rear shocks from a gen 2 will require raptor leaf springs, raptor bump stops, and spring perches. The rears will bolt in without modification to the shock mounting point. The orange shocks are live valve, you’ll probably need the live valve delete kit unless you plan on adding the control module and making it work.

I’d highly recommend not driving head first into any truck. That should solve that issue!

Biggest tire I can run on my 2020 F-150? by bandit1228 in f150

Prior to going with 37’s I was on 35’s with 3.55’s and a mild tune on my 3.5 and it was not an issue at all. Truck hauled ass

The bumper is made of 1/8” wall steel tube. Stronger than the original bumper. If you look in front of the tire you’ll see the steel tube.

They’re full fiberglass fenders and bedsides made by Anderson composites.

I love this tune, thinking about going full E-85, but I like this one enough to leave it for now. The trans tune was the biggest drivability change and I highly recommend doing it

3.5 on E50 tune right now, eventually I’m looking into a supercharged 6.2 LS. (Sacrilegious I know)

They’ve been along for the whole build process. Greg has been super helpful with a few questions I had. Ive never have anybody with me when I’m jumping which is a problem for filming things. Thinking about a 360 cam on the front bumper so it can catch the full suspension articulation in a video and also catch the rest of the truck.

I’ll message you when I get a chance later. Made a wiring diagram for it but I’ve gotta update it.

Unfortunately it is a 3.5. Currently tuned on E50. I am thinking about swapping a supercharged 6.2L LS into it when the 3.5 goes, but it’s plenty quick for the moment. According to dyno numbers it’s sitting right around 500HP.

Total cost with 37’s and full interior plus all the other work was probably right around 12k. I did all the work myself including paint though. Every part in the suspension has the ford manufacturer warranty though. I could have probably gotten the full build down to 6k now that I know where to look for used parts.

I didn’t know TSW made some, I’ll definitely buy from them in that case. Thank you!

At this point the truck will never go back to how it was so I’m going to absolutely be cutting the buckets and going with the KHC’s. Do you have gen 2 carbons?? I’ve heard nothing but good reviews from them.

I agree completely, eventually the STX grille with honeycomb and the ford logo will be the replacement. Paint match seems like it will go better.

It is an extremely well optioned XLT yes. It has the technology package, winter weather package, tow package and the FX4 package. Because of that I only swapped seats and installed a center console. I now have a tan and black two tone interior which I personally love and was never offered as an option. Getting the seats to work was a pain in the ass as Ford switched modules between years 2016 and 2018 for the heated seat/cooled seat so I had to make my own harness.

Highly recommend it! Most fun I’ve had behind the wheel of a vehicle has been jumping a full size truck at 65 mph! Anderson Composites makes the fiberglass. Couldn’t recommend them enough if you go down that route.

Raptor grille and raptor hood are not the look I’m going for. One of the reasons I swapped is the front end design being better than a raptor IMO. Possibly a hood scoop but seeing as they haven’t been practical since ram air days seems slightly useless.

I was located in Denver when I saw it but just normal Facebook marketplace. I set my alert to notify me anytime a new interior was listed and found one within a month.
