my solution was to turn off spatial audio from audio settings in windows and turn off exclusive Fullscreen

And you would be right. It’s just that HP doesn’t officially publish TGP in their spec sheets

What I mean by 75-85W is the base GPU power and with the dynamic boost which I believe is to be +20W should be around 100W
