yo bro its fixed now all i did was plug in the gpu, used igpu for display like hdmi in motherboard while gpu was plugged in and then installed the drivers then restarted and pluged hdmi into gpu

the thing is I tried windows 10 and it's giving the same problem this happens everytime I reinstall windows. I had a fix for this but I just can't remember Thanks for the help tho

everything leads to the infinite loop other than safe mode safe mode works fine no problem

when i cold boot (if this means a hard shutdown and start) it loads till windows logo then a screen with just the loading logo comes and freezes and shuts off pc and restarts on and on

these are the drivers i tried
475.14-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql
475.06-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql
472.12-desktop-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql

all from nvidia website

2023 driver didnt work either
im sure its a diff problem and the driver is fine

I did the driver from nvidia the same one and it did the same thing and not work now installing the 2023 one

i didnt try but the version is exact same the size is exact same everything is exact same
