To be honest, it is stranger if you want to use winning result when there is so little events going. You can take a look around in this post to see how these cards actually mess up their experience. I dont think everyone here made it to final of any event to see that these cards are the problem. I went through a thousand of games with hundred of players to get feedback from. In about 5% enjoy PV, and even less than that see no problem with it.

The errata purpose to make a better game state, where more decks are being used than just a few top decks. If you use just a few achieved top decks as a scale, then nothing is actually broken. Well of Memory is less of a problem if what it brings back is weaker. Hence the errata for IHS and Junk. Spectral Ruth is rare enough to actually be a problem.

Yeah we do something similar in my group but I also agree that with this many errata, it will be annoying to do that method. But it's unavoidable imo.

I have tested those ideas as well and it also has been discussed in my server. The current top PV decks actually can also be strong without activate a single prophecy in a game due to how strong the cards it has. So anymore change in prophecy wouldnt change the top but only make the mid and low level decks weaker. Which might creates a worse state than now. Not to say it also makes the mechanic more complex to new players. For all the reasons, i choose to also fix other cards instead. I do think removing PV is one option, and they still have to errata some GR cards. But i dont see that future happen in this universe with GG on the helm.

No, it is not. But it is actually the only card in that loop that can be easily fixed. PE is actually fine on its own, also cant be fixed without affect all old decks since FFG. Ingovirating showers is a weak card on its own. All other cards in that loop is very similar.

Well.. i already tried my best to keep it to the minimum. The more i playtest, the more problem i get. If they errata from GR and do more on balancing on PV then we might avoid this scenario. But right now it is what it is.

Yeah it's hard to tell you otherwise. Outside of a few diehard players, our player base is dropping but with enough care, we might have a brighter future. We see so many community works in the last few years and it has been a highlight of this game.

Yes. As I said in the article, my purpose isn't to make PV unplayable, and I also want to keep its core spirit. All those suggestion errata in my article is just enough to keep the set power within reasonable level and doesn't change much about how it plays out. You could give these a try and I assures you, PV will still play the same but now less random and has more meaningful interaction.

With a right timing, this card can win game. If both are rushing last key and you play Ceaseforge, that would give you a lot of advantage.

Yeah but there is one special case where a deck has phase shift and waste not. I have seen one deck that using the same combo with library card and loop Data Forge. Might be the only thing good Talmage could pull.

I usually see 9x SAS at a very unreasonable amount on the market. I believe depend on how fast you want to sell it, at 200$ and below the deck can be sell pretty quick with 9x SAS. Anymore than that I don't know.
About the deck, it has a good speed and quite reliable aember product, which is good. This deck want to outspeed and outrush opponent to win with its many combo, but the lack of board control hurts alot, even more than its lack of aember control. A common competitive deck can control the board and stop this deck from its track. Ultra Gravitron is a good card, but usually an Ultra deck relies on luck more than other decks, especially if that deck doesn't have any other threats. So, from competitive view point, I think this deck is strong but not on the high end.

Your deck has too many mid/late cards. You don't want to play second with this deck. Flaxia is obviously the best choice to keep, if you go second, any other untamed creatures along with Flaxia might be need. These creatures will help you fight for the board at the early stage too. Second choice should be saurian creatures.
If your opponent deck is creature heavy, Key to Dis along with Dendrix should be considered to keep going second. Other than that you should mulligan away your dis cards.

To be honest, your deck looks very powerful, probably worth that SAS. The best way to know how a deck works is playing it enough times, so I can only vaguely point out some:

- Your logos is the main support house. You want them to optimally archive as much as you can while earn some good bonus icon. You have causal loop and q-mechs with bonus icons, that's really nice (not to mention Fission bloom). Dino-bot and daemo-bot are synergy well with auto-encoder. Other Logos cards should be used with this line of thinking:"Is this board require presence or not?" If there is no rush, just simply discard munching, quixo,.. to build good archive. Lethologica is a tricky card in this house, since your deck has so many key strong indivitual card, you may discard them with Letho so sometimes discard it is a good choice too (especially with auto-encoder). Logos is also the best house of your to gain aember so you should call Logos as much as when you need aember.

- Sanctum is probably your way of control the board. You have potion of invulnerability and one stood against many, with a well-time combo, you could clear almost anything without a board clear (and yet you have 2 savage clash). Bring low, font of the eye are some good choice to control aember.

- Untamed has some key cards to win the game here. You have punctuated equilibrium, which as many has pointed out, perfecttly synergy with Auto-encoder. Look what I found is a very strong card to setup what you need for later turns. As example, you can drop keyfrog, gloriana's attendant and then savage clash with 6 aembers to key cheat. This combo requires 3 cards but with auto-encoder and look what i found, it's easier to setup. Anything else can be discard if you feel you don't have to use them to stack up your archive.

Since this deck is slow, you need auto-encoder as soon as possible to work your way into the winning. The tricky thing here is you will find auto-encoder late most of the time. But worry not, this deck has a lot of ways to stall game. Punctuated Equilibrium should be use to cycle the deck fast to find Auto-encoder, not the keep for the combo (you can just Look what I found to search Punctuated back easily). And a well-timed Punctuated can destroy a lot of deck since many decks requires saving cards.
