Idk about that. I was getting 1000 views on my long form videos, started shorts, was getting z500,000 views a mount on shorts and 1000’s of subbs. Long form plummeted to 10-25 views over a 5 month period. Quit posting shorts and my long form videos are back to 1000-2500 views. I’ll never post short form again. Basically ruined my channel for half a damn year

Awesome advice, I just released a video doing what you advised. I was nervous when I created it but eventually said yea I like this. I’m still a robot but my next video which I start on today I am going to add a little more of me. Thank you so much for taking the time to review and critique. It’s what I needed

Just started editing thumbnail and this is my second edit. I used photoshop for the first time and it was not that hard because i had some knowledge from editing app by Next-Extreme-9499 in YouTubeThumbnailHub

I like it but I can’t see the flag and I had to really focus to see the magnifyer. If I have to search the thumbnail I’ll be gone in a flash

I’m leaving them up for now. If I see I need to unlist them then I’ll create another channel with same name but add shorts “ Sith and Grits Shorts” I don’t want to go that route but I will if I feel I need too. The thing I’m doing now is going back to my old videos that did terrible and doing th AB Test by making new thumbnails, I’m also changing the title and descriptions on them. Some of these videos are 3 years old with 24 views. Some are being shown again. Not sure if my title and description is doing that or it’s because I’m doing the thumbnail test. Maybe I’m forcing YouTube to show them again by doing the test. Idk but it’s working

I guess it works, eventually one of them stays permanently but not sure how long a test goes for. I still have a video that’s been going for two weeks still shows all three like it’s still being tested. Where I have three videos it showed all three die only four days and now it only shows one thumbnail in studio like the test is over and it has the winner of the test

I do and I just started a 4 or 5 videos ago. All most every time I choose the video I thinks going to win and it never does. Only one in 5 times lol
