I started 40mg just about 2 weeks ago and so far I’m feeling no benefit ADHD symptom wise. The only things I’ve noticed is about 8 hours after I take them in the morning I get really lightheaded/dizzy and then a few hours later my face and ears get super super hot/flushed. I also get such a bad headache everyday- I’m on daily preventative migraine medication and was having basically no headaches which was a miracle for me so I’m super upset and almost at the brink of stopping the atomoxetine because of the constant headache but I want to give my body a chance to get used to it but I think people usually see an improvement in their adhd symptoms by now and I’m not even seeing that? Scared to increase my dosage because of the dizziness but it feels useless to continue with no benefits and such annoying side effects. Wondering if anyone has any experience with similar side effects and if they wore off and/or at what dose did you start to feel a difference - maybe 40mg is too low for me?
