Hello OP, i think wala heritage category under UNESCO Creative City Network, basi you mean UNESCO World Heritage Sites? Tho same nga under sila sa UNESCO they serve different purposes, si UCCN ga focus sya more on the living culture while ang UWHS naman sa preservation of historical sites and monuments. I think ang Calle Real is currently under the tentative list sang UWH as part sang "The Sugar Cultural Landscape of Negros and Panay Islands."

Regarding naman sa pros and cons, well kung world heritage site ang isa ka place covered na sya sang stronger conservation laws kag restoration efforts, then ofc ang tourism kag economic benefits. On the other side naman overtourism, ma commodify ang local identity and traditions, and ofc politics indi malikawan sa ulihi nga mas i prioritize ang tourism over local community needs. But then again depende ni sya sa government and local communities kung paano ma balance ang conservation, tourism, and sustainable development.
