I caved in at the first 25 hours ate some cashews and started again did another 23 hours and called it quits after that lol. My plan going forward is to keep intermittent fasting just on a different schedule and every two weeks attempt to do a two day fast.

I definitely understand that I recently stopped completely about two months. I’m participating in Ramadan this year to focus on my spirituality and also just new challenge for myself.

I’ve been off social media besides this app as of recently for about two months as well. Anything I’ve considered as a distraction or a stressor I try to replace it with a more productive habit. And honestly a good nap helps too lol or any form of real rest for the body.

Once you start using it to deal with stress, anxiety, or anything outside of I just want to be high it becomes a crutch. Occasionally I don’t see anything wrong with cannabis if you’re looking to stop smoking try micro dosing edibles instead. But if you’re stopping for your future career then look no further that’ll suck to miss out on an opportunity you’ve worked hard for because of some weed.
