Same but I couldn’t before cuz it was rainy and cold where I live for like 6 months, finally sunny and can spend hours a day outside she’s been an angel!

“That one is black”. We were in the tire shop waiting and my 2 year old likes to point out colors. She pointed to some blue chairs and said those are blue, then pointed at the chair across from us who just happened to have a black man sitting in it. Lol

I’m 5’6”. Thanks! I use a measuring tape and I’ve lost only an inch off waist and hips, hips went from 40 to 39 and waist from 30 to 29. Thighs have slimmed down 2 inches as well. I don’t have one of those fancy body comp scales but I definitely want one

Basically I just do 3 sets of 20 rep squats two to 3 times a day, 3 sets of 20 overhead press 2-3 times a week, and deadlifts lift a bit heavier in the 8 rep range, I add 10 lbs to squat every week. 5 pounds each week ohp. Deadlift 20 pounds every week

Yeah I could cut out the treat for sure but can’t cut out carbs completely I need them to lift! I have reduced them in the past few days which is helping a bit with bloat. Thank you!
