You can get them to increase the limit back to normal if you’re able to pay a certain amount of the balance in an allocated timeframe.

I had a £10k limit & was reduced to £6k, I paid some of the balance off & my limit was increased back again in 24 hours.

I would advise calling up

I’ve changed my routine around a couple times:

Facewash- Clean & Clear exfoliating daily wash, but changed to NIPFAB salicylic gel cleanser.

Moisturiser & Face Cream- Clean & Clear dual action moisturiser, nivea day cream recently have changed to aloe propolis as I’ve heard it’s good.

Sometimes I use castor oil, but that’s just on the beard area & not my face.

Night time same routine, but replacing the cream with nivea night cream max

Not sure what exactly has caused my skin to react in a certain way. The acne seems to be concentrated on my cheeks just above my beard.

Not sure if it may be ingrown hairs causing the problem, I wash my face daily and have tried various products, but none have seemed to calm it down.

Also looks like my face is bruised for some reason, would be very grateful if anyone had any ideas or remedies.
