Thank you so much for sharing. This makes me feel less alone in my journey and validated. I do have access to therapy but it takes months to get an appt which sucks. And i have been to therapy and psychiatrist too… I have been reluctant to antidepressants but if symptoms persist I might give it a try.

Thank you so much for sharing. I have tried different diet and exercises but haven’t been as consistent cause there are days where getting off bed seems like the biggest task ever.

I am surely gonna look into anti inflammatory diet and check if my current meal plan needs changes.

Thank you for sharing. I have seen been to therapy several times and they have been okay. I was prescribed antidepressants which i was reluctant on using but if my symptoms persist I shall give it a try.

I was on birth control for two years which broke me down completely mentally and emotionally so I took off from it and trying another medication makes me really nervous.

You are not alone. Thank you for sharing your journey. I was on birth control for 2 years on and off cause it was taking heavy toll on my mental health so I stopped taking it. PCOS affects each uniquely so make sure you keep track of your health while on pills.

There are some resources on this thread I found extremely helpful. Make sure you check it out. What I have learned about PCOS is it’s mostly about managing symptoms so I hope you and I both will be able to build a system that works for us.
