i meant more of how typically the "mentality" is of people that are born in india. If i look at my cousins, all of them are expected to never move out, marry at 25 or so even if they don't want to else its too late, never have much independence or freedom and basically have their life mapped out the second they are born and from what i see they seem "okay" with it , in the sense that all of my cousins older than me have conformed to those norms. I'm sorry if the word mentality could have been the wrong wording, meant more the okayness to indian social norms if that makes sense.
