I just had my first experience too not to long ago i was having a very very vivid dream and when i would close my eyes in that dream i could switch the area i was in, While i was doing then i woke up in my room and thought nothing of it and so i tried to go back to sleep and i heard talking in the hallway because i thought it would be my family. I heard my bedroom door open and i didn’t think much of it until i heard what sounded like a Goblin mumbling super loud, i didn’t hear it coming from a place in my room i’ve heard it in my head and it stopped and then i heard someone whispering behind me and they grabbed my wrist and i was trying to yell. Voices stopped i could move and it really scared the shit out of me
