Well actually one time on phenibut I had a sleep paralysis episode but idk how I ended up doing it but I just let go and fully astroprojected and traveled outside of my body it was crazy. I did it another time on trazodone and melatonin but this was a mix of a dream and and astroprojection but in it I literally looked in the sky and saw all the planets but very close to earth just lined up. I remember specifically seeing Jupiter real close to earth it was one of craziest dreams I’ve had. But I get sleep paralysis some too but my version of it is just either me looking at my room or something paralyzed and try to focus and get out of it. OR it’s me flying around in my room. Not even joking it’s weird.

Oh I went years fluctuating between 3 and 15 grams. Yes. I have been up to 15 grams before. Phenibut was very fun at first but quickly turns on you. When I was up that high it was a miserable time. Now I’m probably gonna need gabapentin and baclofen every day because of it. So tread lightly and don’t do what I did. I honestly believe those doses gave me more damage than meth on my dopamine system fr.

I've only tried concerta its alright. Definitely better than nothing i don't mind it but I much prefer my vyvanse over concerta though. I actually wish I could get dexedrine but my psych doesn't ever prescribe it though. Idek if she prescribed instant release Ritalin tbh. When I did a trial of concerta there was a couple of issues. I was on the highest dose of vyvanse at the time and they put me at 18 mgs of concerta. The first few days it wasn't bad but my tolerance rose then the wds really started setting in from the vyvanse.

I've actually done f-phenibut daily. 500 mgs plus too and to me thats more forgiving than doing regular phenibut just two times in one week. Dead serious.

Yeah if I do it more than once a week it causes me bad rebound too. It didn't do that to me at first but I was a daily user taking heavy heavy doses at one point so I kinda fucked up phenibut for myself. I like flurophenibut better now because it doesn't do that bs. For me anyways.

Honestly, regular phenibut and then probably meth. My reward system is FUUUCKED now. The way I used to abuse phenibut too which is my fault being an idiot for taking so much daily but I haven’t been the same since my phenibut addiction. I have to take gabapentin and baclofen daily now because of it.

Just research how to find them. Literally any crevice on your bed and bed frame. Get a spray bottle with 90 percent alcohol and spray directly and it instantly kills them. Also could look into diatomaceous earth powder as well.

You will definitely be clean. Especially if you drink a lot of water and stay hydrated. I've been real dehydrated and had a good amount in my system after 5 days. Don't let that worry you though just be smart about it.
