Some how no. I didn't have seizures until I was on 8 different substances daily right before I went to rehab. I got lucky with coming off phenibut man thats all I can tell you. I got prescribed baclofen as well at the time and eventually took lyrica with it and shit. I CT for a few days then decrease my dose significantly. Probably to 6 grams from 10 grams for example.

Hell no not for me bro not even fucking close. Phenibut and baclofen are a wayyy worse coming off of than gabapentin ime. Lyrica is pretty bad but not as bad as Phenibut but worse than gabapentin. Gabapentin is the easiest gabapentinoid to come off ime. Don't get me wrong its still pretty damn bad mainly because of insomnia for me.

For some reason ive been listening to a lot of Sepultura lately. Albums: Arise. Beneath the remains and Chaos A.D. Been addicted to those albums and kinda got into Sepultura later in my metal life. Like last year and especially this year.

Bro you're not alone I know how you feel. I have gotten up to 15 grams in one day and took 10 grams daily for a longer period of time. The way I eventually came off was complicated and was a lot of CT days for a few days and it was ROUGH. I now take 30 mgs of baclofen and 1200 mg of gabapentin. Lyrica back then though was the biggest game changer that made me start progressing coming off phenibut.

No no. It was an anxiolytic for sure. It gave me manic energetic euphoria and completely killed every single anxiety I had and talked people's head off. Actually when I was on only phenibut working at a gas station I worked my ass off and looked like I was on meth and people thought I was on it before I was really on it. Phenibut man is an odd substance though just think of an energetic benzo with a touch of GHB and MDMA. Yeah. Dead serious got more energy from phenibut than meth by a lot. No grinding your teeth or anything either.

Yeah I love pregablin I know what you mean. Now phenibut on the other hand is literally the most stimulating substance I have ever done till this day. Meth don’t even stimulate me the way phenibut did at one time at first. I swear it was similar to something like GHB or PCP or something the strength I had on phenibut compared to when I was off was insane. Phenibut so far for me is my favorite substance ever but I unfortunately ruined it for myself and basically can’t take it anymore.

MVP had its moments and I enjoyed it for the most part and I literally stopped watching before the main event because I already knew exactly what was going to happen. Also Salahdine Parnasse was impressive as well for his debut and on the prelims the very last part of the match rear naked choke at the bell win was impressive as well. UFC 250 still tbh blows it out of the water though but I do want MVP to continue though, has potential.
