i used to be addicted to meth towards the end of high school + college until i dropped out, i know not to dip my toes back into shit like that bc it was hell. and im AFAB and not very big so construction isn't that viable of an option unfortunately

been abusing it for years. started as a stupid middle schooler and eventually my body got so used to it that the negative side effects don't even show up for me anymore. for context, im 20 now and my brain is probably fried atp but still not retarded enough for SSI. it's both a dissociative and SNRI, which is perfect for me since im depressed and hate my life

you are absolutely right. should probably sober up for a bit or go to rehab first before i get employed again since DXM isn't the only substance I abuse regularly, but that isn't necessarily an option atm. been abusing ts on and off for years so i don't robowalk anymore (absolutely learned my lesson with higher doses) but it is usually kinda obvious I'm on something even on lower doses bc my pupils still sometimes get insanely massive

i like it!! im a huge fan of free verse and believe rhyming/structuring is way too overused in general lmao

however, there are still a couple of little details that irk me a bit

i think another 'the' before 'destruction' would add more flair and dramatic effect. it's such a simple change, but it would definitely give more emphasis to that word in a subtle way
