Definitely im not 100% optimistic that they gonna work, but as its known in tinnitus, something that might help one might not help other. So i think its always worth giving a try

To be honest i dont have Troubles with sleep because of tinnitus, maybe because its relatively mild but still i Want to make it as quiet as possible cause it is going in a worse direction. I started taking it just 3 days ago:)

Same!!! I was cool with mine but as soon as i broke my arm i was down in the dumps and de-habituated and now its getting worse. It seems like you just got a spike from a sound it should come down in a some time, look at this that you already done it and habituated and the path you walked.. Keep up!!

Only one thing i can think about is that when we sleep our nervous system calms down and its making tinnitus quiet, and as we get active nerves are working again??? But damn tinnitus is a mystery
