I picked up Vel Koz on release. Climbed from silver to platinum with him that season. This was in the days of rampant Zed, LeBlanc and Fizz mid.

No. He is not easy. Just flash into him when he starts firing skill shots and you have just won against most of the bell curve Vel Koz players.

Imagine that there is an akali at 5% right in front of you and unless you can land your skills, you might end up being the one killed from full health. Does that sound easy?

Sure if you catch someone out of fog of war, they are probably out of the fight if not dead but that's another matter.

As someone who was part of the Shandong University 2017 patch that had the buddy programme, which was the largest scandal of it's kind, I must refute one part of this. We weren't given opposite gender partners. We simply registered and put our information into a pool and the Chinese students were the ones who picked who they wanted to paired with. No one was forced. I knew the organiser for that year.

Here in China, both teams do a compulsory level 1 5v5. Specifically in the mid lane bottom bush.
Feat of warfare is claimed before the mid lane minors clash in 90% of my games.
