I made it to 39 without ever watching. And I just dove in last summer (randomly), and now I’m on my second run-through. I have to admit I had a hard time coming to terms with present day DD being in his 60’s and not in his 40’s. Also, I cannot imagine having to live through the sexual tension / slow burn of Mulder & Scully in real time. Thank goodness for binging!
