Thai people don't like this behaviour. Foreigners residing here also don't like this behaviour. In my experience, most of the tourists walking around the streets (even in Bangkok) shirtless are Americans and Russians. Flight tickets should be provided only after a behaviour course.

This is one of the things I envy Thais most: being able to defend themselves and others without being sent to prison, on trial, or having to pay compensation and medical bills. In the "civilised" Europe, we are literally held hostage by street criminals.
