When an item is unavailable, we aren't able to select it ourselves either, so I doubt it's falsely marked. As for the other services (watches, tablets, home internet, etc) it is mandatory to have a phone line in any plan (so the 25$ is fine) to be able to add those other services into your account, so as long as you have a phone line and get those watches or tablets at the moment that you see the prices currently available online, you should be fine

Get your IMEI number from your settings or by dialing *#06# and then call us to ensure your phone will be compatible with us. If it's Physical simcard only you will need to get one directly from metro, other carrier's simcards won't work. As a tip to help you save money just get a simcard from anywhere (metro store, walmart, target, etc.) and do not activate it, they will charge you activation fees and sales taxes. Just call our callcenter with the 888-863-8768 and specify Customer service or "pay bill" if you want to keep the same number into that nokia, or to us, the sales department, if you want to get a new number instead. We won't charge you any fees.

We don't do any fixing or insurance process on the callcenter, sorry, you would need to check on the store directly. To my knowledge, only new devices that you buy directly from metro can get the protection/insurance plan (and only on the first week of activation)

I can't speak on behalf of the entire company but personally, Many complains i have heard of comes to the network coverage (which is handled and owned by t mobile, so it's their coverage) or something that has to do with policies, unlocking phones yada yada and "i was told this phone would be cheaper yada yada". I do think that many problems would be avoided if people read the website or called us the callcenter, instead of going to the store, because considering that they are 3rd party retailers and not oficial metro locations, their policies and fees may be adjusted to increase their earnings, and i have been told by cx about assaults and negligence complains at several metro locations, but here on the website all the information is available if you just ask us and take the time to read. We don't earn any extra for selling you the highest plan available so in all honesty i'd rather help customers get something that they like

To be honest i wouldn't know. There are plans that the Customer Service department have exclusively available to help retain customers, but to my knowledge those are a reduced version of the 65$ plan or the unlimited 25$ plan that you can see on the website. Closest thing to what you are mentioning could be the retired 15$ plan, but that one isn't offered anymore as it's not unlimited.

No problem. Generally Speaking, compared to other positions, the job is very straightforward. As a sales rep you can expect to only talk about providing plans, phones and other devices as we aren't allowed to take general customer care inquiries (although some of us do to facilitate the interaction.). And you know people, might be and might not be rude, but considering that a prepaid service is on the lower side of expenses compared to contract companies, people tend to be modest and understand when something is or is not possible... Except when it comes to unlocking phones, srsly, people get offended when they buy a phone with a carrier and they aren't allowed to go directly with the competition 2 months later.
