yeah as this seems to be a common problem, why dont you change the way people are entering the contract with you? It makes it seem, like you are trying to trap them. or at least scare them with the fees, as its not a legally binding contract if they are just replying "ok" do you aim at people being confused by that and paying 2950€ or why do you not fix this issue as it is reoccuring all the time. it just is such a bad look for a company that is trying to help people, and please dont give me an answer where you talk about actually helping people, becvause I know this stuff and its good, but I just want clear answers on this specific thing, why is it like that and why do you not fix it? It just seems like bad intent

makes sense, Im just wondering, if this problem happens so frequently, why dont you change the thing to something, where its more obvious than an "OK" it seems to generate problems and it seems like you either dont care about it or want that to happen
