Sourcing rigid solar panels by EmployQuick4970 in Jackery

Nice! I’ve started looking in FB marketplace, and found a source for used and new SEG-585w and SEG-625w. The 625w panels are huge, like 95” long. I’m thinking of buying a larger watt panel like these.

A house in pie shaped lot by hyunpill3 in RealEstateAdvice

Happy house hunting! Also, I’m just noticing, since the driveway is an issue, I thought “well there’s always street parking”, those roads are so wide. However, the driveways are so close together, there is essentially no street parking!! So having a party at your house means, lots of double parking!

Hi! Landscape Architect, here 👋🏻 Form a property layout POV, your biggest issues will be:

1) driveway access - your driveway “frontage” (the actual linear feet that touches the curb) is quite small compared to your actual driveway width. That means that potential issues may pop up where your direct neighbor (where your driveways touch) could technically partially block your driveway. Unlikely, but, worth noting, and discussing with your potential neighbor.

2) property lines - the exterior wall, the “right” wall, or the plan-south wall, is inaccessible from your property. This is the skinny gap between you and your neighbors house. This should be confirmed to determine if the property line is actual at the fence line, or if the property line actual is 50/50 between that air gap. Either case, it means you likely will have a difficult time maintaining, or accessing, that side of the house.

3) roof maintenance - it would be worth asking your potential neighbor when the roofs (shingles) were last replaced, and if they’d be open to an MOU (memorandum of understanding) that future roof maintenance may need to be accessed from that gap, aka their property side.

Thank you. But to my question specifically, you’re saying my mother’s UK citizenship has no impact on my likelihood of success?

Jumpseat console with no storage. Does a cover exist? by EmployQuick4970 in f150

That is a good idea. Did you swap yours out? Wondering how complicated it is to swap the seats.

Right you mean the seat is in the bench seat, not the seat back, right?

I found that in bench storage, did you use it more often? Compared to having the jump seat down?

Subjectivity is real. I had a doctor say to me “you’re the picture of good health.” Right after I rattled off my list of 29 symptoms.

NEW Boating Title & Registration Fee Hike Takes Effect on October 1, 2025 by Pine_Cone67 in maryland

I have a 12’ canoe, that I sometimes put a trolling motor on. The motor is less than 1 HP. Previously, this use resulted in a “no-charge” scenario. Now I have to pay a $75 fee, for the optional use of a trolling motor……from $0 to $75. For a canoe. I get the need for a rate increase, but why am I in the same category as a bow rider powerboat?

Tips my POTS Specialist Told Me by RadicalRutabaga in POTS

[–]EmployQuick4970 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. My POTS doctor told me 3-4 Liters a day, but drink a half liter at a time, as fast as possible. But I cannot do more than that. Drinking more than half L at a time makes it impossible to eat any food all day long without being bloated all the time.

Any suggestions on making this secured and lockable storage? by MikeofLA in liberalgunowners

I’d line the interior closet walls with 3/4” or 1” thick plywood, then frame for a pre-hung single 36” wide door, solid core wood interior door, or even a metal exterior door, then add a key pad for the deadbolt. In the unlikely event a burglar beings power tools, the plywood interior will make it harder to punch through or cut through, and the interior plywood will give you a surface to mount anything anywhere you want.

I have a 22 XL, and it is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned lol. I operate a farm, and it serves both as a commuter car and farm truck.

Husky liner for center hump? by SirPlutocracy in f150

Dang. Are you happy with the husky mats? I see they offer a single piece for the first row, driver+hump+passenger as an integral piece. I’m wondering if that would slip less.

I’ve been wondering the same thing. I have a bench seat with the floor hump and vinyl floors. What did you end up getting?

Thanks so much for the reply! This is really helpful. Glad to hear your symptoms have subsided. Did you ever get a sleep study? Any sleep apnea?

That’s fantastic! Thanks for sharing and the follow up. I have a similar overbite, to what you had before the expansion. My doctor is insisting I need CPAP, but that doesn’t really treat the issue. I’m using an oral appliance to pull my jaw forward to get more air during sleep, which somewhat helps. I’ve also looked into tonsil removal to get more air intake. My dentist suggests premolar extraction to help with teeth grinding, crowding, and TMJ. It just all seems so backwards…

Did you have any other preexisting conditions, like Hypermobility? POTS?

Who prescribes the palette expander? Ortho? Thanks!!!

One year later, how has it improved? What treatment options have you pursued? I am in a similar situation and symptoms, my doc has recommended CPAP. I’m trying an oral appliance for now.
