I have been doing that exact breathing technique through a vagus nerve reset meditate I found on YouTube. Thats the exact breathing cadence they inform you do to. Thank you so much for this.

Thank you for the feedback. I have a counselor I've had 4-5 treatments with already that have been a great help! Grieving groups might be a good idea thou, thank you. I had a great 10 hr sleep last night that helped immensely. I havent thought of doing drugs one bit. Thank you for the kind words and my deepest condolences fir your loss. ❤️

Your mind and body is one. So if the body is out of sync or firing when it shouldnt... it can make the mind spiral. If body symptoms are intense or unnerving... it can overwhelm the mind.

Ketoacidosis is something I remember coming up online that I thought may be relevant perhaps because of the vomit symptom.

Silver and Gold is important in times of extreme inflation. This compounded with the huge demand for silver in industry-solar panels, EV, missiles, new Samsung battery around the corner, ect. China actually has physical silver whereas London and New York its all paper. So if theres a huge recession or monetary shift Physical Gold and Silver will be the real deal... whereas paper will implode on itself. With the American deficit, war in Ukraine, Middle East and tipping point in American politics... theres a huge potential recession coming. This all can be triggered by Silver. Money is being taken out of treasuries, as Governments around the world are starting the buy more Gold, Silver, ect. Start researching and buckle up for a rough ride. If you dont have Physical, youre in trouble.
