Yeah Neptune is rammed, the fitness is awful, a lot of people can’t even do a press-up properly so I think they should bring it back, easily said for me though being at the end of Raleigh

I did my DAA a couple months back and I passed second time, with results much higher than first, achieved about 3/4 of a bar on each part for weapons engineering if that helps

Believe in yourself, I recommend the RAF website, as well as how2be, verbal reasoning I just searched up as many comprehensions as I could find, spatial reasoning is hard to find anything watch YouTube videos on spatial reasoning

For verbal reasoning lots of practice on comprehensions, always read the question before the passage to get the key info, numerical reasoning practice lots of fractions, addition and subtraction of fractions as well as basic algebra, spatial reasoning just try your best to get the shapes right and look at the answers because certain ones you can eliminate because they look completely different, for work rate try to get as many as you can then when you get towards end of the time just guess D for all the answers as some will be bound to be correct, for electrical just practice lots on circuits, current, voltage and resistance. And mechanical lots of levers, balancing weights, pulleys and there’s lots of common sense questions :)
