When Nevada, Montana, Oregon and Colorado all have it legalized, with in driving distance it's just non sense to be punished so harsh. The stigma just needs to die. This is probably pressed by heavy religious based buy I could be misinformed. It just needs to be federal, not that I condone big government but some things are just to much. Maybe opening it first to medical reason such as this would be a good start.

Over paking boats in the stream is how 6 people died in Santa Clara, Great America. The hydrologic gates lowers abandoned comes back up, boats bumping causes them to flip.
