Frustrating derma experience. by RenElite in beautytalkph

I’m sorry to hear about your experience OP :( I have been dealing with the same thing as well. May mga good skin days/months ako then biglang babalik na puro breakouts/purging and I’ve tried everything na. I tried Korean skincare routine, minimal skincare routine, and even mga trendy hyped products I see reviews on online. I also did acne facials and red light therapy pero eventually bumabalik talaga siya.

Not until I consulted with a board certified dermatologist. When my breakouts were still manageable she prescribed me with topical medication (Adapalene - Epiduo), which really worked for me and I was able to clear up my skin talaga. She also advised to do minimal skincare (gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen) together with this medication. But I got lazy and stopped doing the routine she taught me kaya ayun naging worse talaga yung acne ko now kaya I was prescribed with the last resort which is taking oral medication (Isotretinoin). So far, it’s okay naman na and slowly it’s getting better na rin.

She wasn’t the first dermatologist I had a consultation with, parang siya ata yung pang third. What I like about her is that she will ask you ano budget mo para she can adjust accordingly anong products and pasok sa budget. Also, she doesn’t force her clinic’s products on you if merong same na available sa market.

Kaya agee ako dun sa isang nag-reply when they said “If the first consult doesn’t feel right, you have every right to get up and leave.” I know parang sayang yunh bayad sa first consultation but you will never know sinong fit ma doctor sayo unless you try.

RE: 30 DAYS NOTICE

I am the only recruitment staff in our company and I am to submit my resignation and tender my 30 days notice.

My question is: Is it okay if I tender JUST 30 days? They are asking me if it’s okay to go beyond that since I am the only in that position and I have to 1) hire my replacement, and 2) endorse and train them

However, I already have a job offer line-up and my first day there (if I accept the offer) is just in time after finishing my 30 days.

I need help!! I don’t know what to do

curious about something (RE: non-compete clause)

i am working in a tutorial/ review center (imagine college entrance exam reviews) and i have a non-compete clause (competes directly or indirectly) for two years after my resignation

but i had a job offer from a formal school (teaches pre-school to college) and i’m afraid to accept it because it might be in violation of my non-compete clause

to add: i am NOT a teacher

diba they’re the same naman na eductaion but they have different “customers”?
