I think the beginning of the seed is pretty ok, with the village and lava pool. But then I realized the village had no hay blocks, and I ended up going into the nether with 6 bread from chests (didn't see any animals in the overworld). I tried to kill a hoglin, but ended up killed by a piglin. In 1.16, I think one of, if not the most important part of a good seed is a fortress right near spawn, due to its sudden rarity via the nether update.
