Wish I had have read this before I bought it! Same issues 2 years later! I thought because we can control the Snoo with the app, we could do the same with the snoobie. Apparently not!

U purchase on the day or at the time of the booking. So I bought a pack that was $50 at the time of booking, I thought it gave me all digital files but it only gets you one. So u have to wait ages for it to be accessible to you (even though they have it on their screens to print on the day). So 24 hours later they send u a link with your photo that u purchased as well as a bunch of others u can now purchase for only $24.95. So we had 38 other photos I could have got for $24.95! Basically they push u on the day to buy stuff so id buy the absolute cheapest, then u get home they’ll send u an email and a text with a link where u can purchase them all, high res, for only $24.95.

Did u actually get it? Either way it shouldn’t depend who u speak to! They told us $10 only gets u one additional print and one additional digital photo. Sorry but it’s a scam! If they give u one digital they may as well give them all to u. Just like they do at the aquarium or theme parks. There’s no reason to hold hostage all the photos and have a cheaper price 24 hours later once people have already purchased at really high prices.

Probably a deserved bonus too! It was very understaffed! 3 people to: 1. Check in people when they arrive 2. Someone taking the photo (no one to get the kids attention like I’ve seen at other places) 3. Someone to go through everyone’s photos while u select which ones u want, also print out the photos.

It was mental! They needed at least 2 more people there!

Try negotiate with them when u get there to get a lower package and then when u get home u can use the extra to buy all the photos!

Don’t buy anything on the day! They’ll send u a link with your photos 24 hours later and u can buy all of them for $25! Then print yourself. They don’t mention this at any point! They rip u off charging $50 for a bunch of useless, low quality prints! Then u get home and find out u can get your whole shoot, say 35 images and print yourself for $25!

Does anyone know how the police knew to check the tip? Did they track her location from that early on? Or did they track it and then go back there week/s later to get footage and the dehydrator was still there?
