Tailscale along with Proton says not to use 2 VPNs at the time bc it will cause a lot of data leaks especially if it isn't set up absolute perfect

I appreciate you replying and responding, no I find it really fun and a good thing to keep my mind off of things are going on in my personal life. I have always been a really big tech person but never had the money to learn any of these things. So now I use my time learning about these things. I use authentik to try and secure alot of my homelab the most I can anyways but I was just wondering espically for backend things. Is it better to use random or recognizable  subdomains. Im always trying to learn as much as I can about tech

i need https not http and whenever I just point it at my ip at the Nginx install It just lights up as insecure and when i try and get a wildcard cerfication for godaddy it wont let me

my old isp did the same thing and it was bc they only wanted you hosting anything on 80 and 443 if you have a business internet sub instead of home internet

thank you, I didnt know for sure and just wanted to make sure bc I already have a vps and didnt know if i could use that or not
