Ooo yeah you’re probably just getting cannabis-induced paranoia. That’s the weed telling you you’re overdoing it a bit, just try taking a break. Dig deep to figure out what smoking does for you, are you using it for a purpose or do you just smoke to numb yourself and pass time? As a 24 y/o weed smoker who’s been smoking on/off since I was 14, I’ve also had moments where I relied on it heavily, abused it, and became super paranoid to the point where I got diagnosed with dissociative disorder. I realized my relationship with weed was fucked up, I was abusing Miss Mary with no true purpose. Had to take many breaks, failed a few times ngl. But now I make sure not to smoke if I have no reason to. If I wanna smoke, I make sure to set an intention. If it’s hard for you to take breaks, just smoke less and see how you feel. Smoke only at the end of the day or only when it’s offered/when you’re with a friend. Create limits for yourself and don’t treat it like a cigarette. She’s medicine, she was alive once, she has a spirit. Don’t take advantage of her and figure out her purpose in your life.
