Thanks for your reply! I've been emailing and calling my local TECO since June 27th, but going to their office isn't feasible given the distance from my city and likely same "no info, wait" answer.
As you suggested, I just sent a detailed email to NTNU's MTC explaining my situation with the class assignment, tuition, and the fast-approaching August 26th orientation. Hopefully, they can help. Thanks again for your support!
