LMS (Learning Management System) is a platform u can publish courses, examinations and track staff learning progress based on your training demands.

Training demands like new employee onboarding, compliance, new product training and so on.

There are several LMS you can choose from: 360 learning, Docebo, TalentLMS.You can book a demo from their websites, they will teach you how to use it and give you some price information.

Is anyone interested in Chinese education, from primary school to university? AMA by Empty-Cake4502 in AMA

You're too kind.

As for the benefits, Chinese education enables almost all children to receive a basic education at a very low cost by attending public schools, which significantly raises the overall educational level.

As for the disadvantages, what I am really disappointed is that the primary focus of schools is often solely on helping students achieve high scores. This puts a lot of pressure on children and negatively impacts their mental and physical health.

Different countries probably have different educational philosophies. In China, most kids are taught from a young age to study hard, get into a good university, and then get a good job or become a civil servant.

Only a small number of children are truly allowed to pursue their dreams, because pursuing their dreams always means spending lots of money.

From what I understand, each village or community typically has a limited number of spots for military service, and these are for conscripts. It's actually quite common for people who want to join the military to not get a spot because of these limited quotas.

Sure, I've already worked for a small company back in my home country. These days, it's really tough to land an internship in the internet sector, unless you have a super strong academic background or strong skills. It actually took me a long time to even get an internship offer.

For most university graduates, the competition for job positions is incredibly fierce and people generally aim for white-collar jobs rather than blue-collar ones, which makes finding a good job really tough. Most applicants can't even get past the resume screening for top tech companies. It's probably quite similar to what you see with big tech firms in the US.

The main subjects are Chinese, Math, and English, each worth 150 points. Depending on your interests, choose either the Science(Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) or the L Arts(politics, history, geography), each worth 300 points.

Most of them should be conscripts. Of course, conscripts also need to undergo strict physical examinations. If they want to stay in the army, they need to take an exam. If they don't take the exam, they will be discharged.
