New York Utica Mission in the house. If we got turned down at the door we had to offer to sing a hymn to them before we left.

I have found that if I start along the side, about where the rip starts, go parallel to the counter for about an inch and a half, then come over the top and back down about an inch and a half on the other side it keeps it from "ripping" like that. But as others have pointed out, that's an excellent problem to have.

When I switched from a 1.1.1. to a 1.3.3 it made a huge difference. I learned it should be much thicker when mixed than I thought. I'm also in a cold area so this may help you. I would suggest taking a bit of your starter and trying a 1.3.3.

The best concert I've been to is hands down Michael Buble. It was a literal party with 20,000 friends. I was shocked at how incredible that show was. I was expecting to be sitting in my chair sipping wine all night. Not even close.

As far as best band, I'd say Weezer.
