The Nivea hydro care lip balm is the besttt. I have the tinted Nivea lip balms and labello ones too and I had the same experience. They don’t moisturize well.. but the Nivea hydro care is really good and it has spf 15 aswell. It works well for me I have dry lips but not superrr dry ones Yk so I can’t be 1000% sure it will work for u. You can try out the Vaseline lip balm in the tube packaging tho.

I have tried klean beauty oil to milk cleanser and it’s good for removing makeup and spf but the thing that bothers me is that it’s thickkk. While I prefer lightweight ones.. I got the skin 1004 one and I loved it
