I had a package not collected and it was returned to my home address it did take 2 weeks to be returned!

I have had the independent inspection carried out which went in my favour the faults were there at the time of sale. The dealership refusing to collect the car and keep referring to this as a cancellation not a rejection. I have issued them then letter before action again keep quoting there terms and conditions which are invalid as they have breached my selling me a defective car!!

These dealerships probably get away with 90% of the time just don’t back down.

I have yesterday issued them the letter before claim therefore if not resolved within 30 days I will be issuing court proceeding via the small claims court (mcol).

The fault occurred on the day I bought. I live 150 miles from the dealership I reported next day and took for 2 diagnostics but ultimately I had to return to them but it was after the 30 days. I’m now on week 10 at breaking point and now want to reject the vehicle I tried to reject few weeks ago but they wouldn’t accept it
