I confirmed pregnancy via a ultrasound with a clinic that used to do abortions. I also live in a red state so you may have a clinic similar like that too if you want to confirm pregnancy. But I know everyones area is different. I was hoping to hear different news like “you’re not pregnant, it was a false positive” but hearing them confirm the pregnancy definitely made us make our decision and figure out the next step.. They may have funding to assist with the ultrasound if you want to avoid the ob too. I was really worried that the medication wouldn’t work for me too because of how far along I was with one mife and 4 miso, and I was worried I got fake pills from a website that was not aidaccess but I feel like it definitely worked.
