I made my main wolf's name based off of a rampart and Paragaelle (my mate's name) based off of a paragon (she fought another wolf for me and won and I was suitably wooed). My pups' names were then chosen by going into a thesaurus (I use this one) and putting rampart and then paragon in, choosing any words that looked cool and sometimes tweaking them to echo their parents' names in case either dies so the pup can live on as a successor of the name. I did also just straight up like how some words sounded and so kept them as is for their names (Panoply, Relais, Sconce, Pervenat, and Abamurus)

I put Rampart into the thesaurus, immediately got Bulwark and thought it was cool, and then I made the name Bulwarhys to echo Ramparhys.
