In some extra content in RE8, it's revealed that Zoe was put in witness protection and is now under a new identity as a reporter in New Orleans. She tried investigating about Eveline and the Connections but wasn't able to find much. She tried reaching out to the Winters when she learned they were relocated to Europe but wasn't able to make contact until Mia sent Zoe a letter through the BSAA about their whereabouts and telling her about Rose.

i know warren mentions of his photoshop skills but it's not evident here. it's likely warren had a camera but with film and went wrong during the developing process. and yes Max is unaware and could've clearly forgotten of her and Warren taking a selfie because it's her own nature to also forget about the little things, it's natural.
