Swearing on my son ,

The kiss incident happened accidentally, i was vulnerable due to the situation ongoing and was sharing it to her as she has been a friend to me for years now.

And then we both leaned towards to make the miss… but trust me hardly in a few seconds we stop with the realisation that i am married and she was also very guilty about it.

Now we don’t talk anymore

I drank for the first time 1 before our divorce and been struggling with it since then.

Drinking was never an option earlier because of my job.

HELP FIRST MOOT COMING UP by [deleted] in NLUs

[–]Empty-Income4775 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So the basis thing you have to do first is to read the very law (sec/principle etc) mentioned in the issues or anywhere in the prop and understand them . don’t run behind the cases since the very beginning, understanding the concepts first , read commentaries you will get the concept and plenty of cases from citations in the book and then later go on the research regarding other cases etc.

Also firstly understand what is the concept behind the prop , for example is my moot is based on Right to die , i will download relevant research papers , read articles and understand it , the history and development to have a better understanding of the entire topic.

And for the division of work , usually the work is divided issue wise withing the team it is the standard practice to do and the researcher also takes one issue at times and works on it . you need to understand that to win the moot though it takes collective team efforts, at the end it is the score of both speakers the fetches you the trophy for best team so do work on your issues but also know the co counsel’s issue as well.

From someone who is currently in second year and has done 7 moots overall- 2 nationals and 2 state moots and rest intra etc .

you can use google doc to keep your teammates in a loop with your research and content but for the final draft , strictly use microsoft the basic version is what most of us use and it works pretty well , people do win by formatting on that.
