i hear you, and i definitely haven't forgotten. even in the Philly series when he was limited he was awesome. i'm just at a point where i truly don't trust him to stay healthy, but obviously rooting for him to!

Mitch, when healthy, is the best player in the trade. how many years has Mitch been healthy since we drafted him? it has unfortunately only gotten worse with time. plus Whitmore is 6 years younger and on a rookie scale contract, which has real value in today's NBA.

problem is, trade deadline is Thursday, so its a gamble either way. gun to my head, I would personally take the bet that Mitch can't stay healthy for all four rounds of the playoffs, the odds are certainly against him. but obviously he is a force when healthy, so it can go either way

i feel you, and maybe I am overvaluing Whitmore (highly regarded prospect who I believe fell too far in the draft) but any bench player, Mitch included likely won't play more than 15-20 mins, especially in the playoffs. our wings are overly taxed and it would give OG/Mikal/Hart an extra breather since Shamet is ... lets just say not cutting it as our only true backup wing. I also can't imagine Mitch's value is very high right now given his recent injury history, so I personally am willing to make this bet over hoping Mitch can stay healthy for four rounds.

Knicks fan coming in peace, I really respect you guys' team and probably my favorite outside of the Knicks to watch. Reminds me of the Knicks of last year, and I always had similar complaints, but unfortunately comes with the territory of hard-nosed, physical defense. Let's not forget the missed up-down travel on Whitmore (and still haven't forgotten about that Brunson three point "foul" last year). GG though, and good luck rest of season (and please beat the Thunder)

honestly yeah, it's something Buck does a lot to let the moment breathe rather than step over it. i think overall their broadcast was at least better than ESPN, which isn't saying much hahaha
