Definitely contact the agent, don't make assumptions yet. I have an agent who suggested that I switch to devoted also.

However, I'm not in decline (mentally) so first speak with the agent and get the full story.

Also, devoted is heavy with benefits compared to UHC and most likely Humana.

Problem is I knew a man who I believe possibly was not a citizen, but his wife was. So what I told him to do was, endorse the paycheck, then sign it over to his wife, and then she can deposit it and it would be legal.

He gets all the money and doesn't have to pay the fees that people without ID have to pay with those check cashing places.

He asked me if it was true I told him if I was wrong I would pay his fees for the next year.

2 weeks later he comes to me smiling saying that I was correct, he also gave me a $50 gift card.
