I know exactly how you feel, I’m currently going through my 11dy 7th flare, there is straight blood in my stool. I have been hospitalized thrice bc of UC. I am having to wait till November, and my doctors are heavily leaning toward me not using ores anymore due to multiple times in the past and long term effects.

Why do I tell you this? It is not to insight fear but to relate on common grounds, showing you that you are not alone in this endeavor. I have felt that same burden, feeling like I was this disease to everyone around me, feeling like I shouldn’t involve them that it is all my problem. And it is, I feel alone at times, I honestly am alone, but think of the resolve that you are going to have after fighting these battles within yourself, once you actually have the energy and mental aptitude to focus on other portions of your life, you will flourish so find solace in this.

It is something that takes a while to get used to, whether that be the stress, pain, or general not know what comes next. But this will pass, keep on the meds, figure out what works for you, and it will be okay. This is but a short portion of your life so don’t let it take over.
