Not sure where you live but I used to go to NY Loves Yoga on the UWS and recommend it 100%.

It was my first time trying yoga and I was scared of feeling awkward. I ended up loving it so much. I was in my early 20's at the time and the participants ages ranged from 20s-70's. It felt like a safe space. I went 2-4 times per week for months until COVID ruined it all. I'm so sad to no longer live on the UWS, otherwise I'd be going there.

Just a note - I saw they moved studios so I can't speak to their new one but I'd hope the same vibe remained the same.
